At RWAV, we’re always striving to improve the experience for our health professionals across rural and regional Victoria. Today, we’re excited to announce the rollout of a significant upgrade to our online grants application system, designed to simplify the process and enhance transparency for all applicants.
Why This Matters
Over the years, many of you have requested a more streamlined way to apply for and track your grant applications. We’ve heard you, and we’re delivering! Transforming a legacy system is no small feat, requiring significant resources, and expertise. Over the past six months, our team has been meticulously designing, developing, testing, and refining this new platform to meet your needs.
What’s Changing?
The improved MyRWAV Portal introduces a range of enhancements, including:
- A more user-friendly interface to simplify the application process.
- Enhanced tracking features, allowing you to monitor your application progress with ease and transparency.
Our goal is to make your grant application experience as smooth and efficient as possible, enabling you to focus on your vital work in the health sector.
A Phased Rollout
To ensure a seamless transition, the system upgrade will be implemented in stages. Stage One will focus on the Health Workforce Scholarship Program (HWSP) Grant which is on track for a March 2025 release.
If you are directly impacted by these changes, you’ll hear from us soon with detailed information about how your experience will improve and actions you may need to take.
This includes those who are:
- Preparing to apply for an HWSP grant.
- Currently progressing through an HWSP application.
- Managing HWSP and other grant applications simultaneously.
We’re committed to delivering a platform that meets your needs and makes every step of the process more intuitive.
Thank you for your continued trust and support as we embark on this exciting new chapter.
