The HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) course is a nationally recognised program designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills required to perform CPR in a range of emergency situations.
This course is ideal for individuals in workplaces, community settings, or personal environments who may be required to respond to a cardiac emergency. Participants will learn techniques for managing unresponsive casualties, using automated external defibrillators (AEDs), and ensuring compliance with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines.
Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Statement of Attainment for HLTAID009. Training is delivered through a combination of theory and practical assessment, ensuring comprehensive understanding and application of CPR techniques.

Eligibility Criteria
- Participants must be aged 14 years or older, and physical ability to perform CPR on a manikin is required.
