The Outreach Programs are a core component of RWAV’s mission to ensure rural, regional and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities have access to specialist services.
As the fund holders for six key programs, our Outreach team work across the Primary Health Network of Gippsland, Western Victoria, Murray, North West Metro, South East Metro and East Metro to help health services and Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations to meet health needs. The programs work within health priorities that increase access to maternal and paediatric, mental health, chronic disease management and ear and eye healthcare.
Our Outreach Team has a wealth of diverse experience in the not for profit, public health, and finance sectors. Get to know the team.
