We’ve been quietly working away on making a new MyRWAV portal for our service providers which will launch in January 2021. It will enable a more streamlined submission of claims and verification of the available visit count and contract requirements.
We’ve received very useful feedback about our current processes in the last six months, some good, and some more constructive! Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to let us know how we can work better.
