Thank you to all of our Outreach service providers for their commitment to delivering services during this challenging time.
If there are any changes to the delivery of visits it is more important than ever that you remain in regular communication with the RWAV Outreach Team. This will allow us to provide you with more adequate advice on the funding you are entitled to and process your claims more efficiently.
Please notify us immediately:
- If the delivery of Outreach visits is put on hold due to Covid-19
- If Outreach visits are cancelled
- If you currently hold a contract for Face-to Face delivery but visits are conducted via Telehealth
Thanks to everyone who has completed their contracts. We know it is hard to plan visits at the moment and new documentation requirements from the Government has made the process a little longer.
If you haven’t yet, please sign and return your Outreach contract (Funding Agreements and Schedules) along with supporting documentation as soon as possible. It is essential that you return the documentation in the specified time to ensure that you receive funding.
